PPPP: Parveen Phenyl Pathan Post

A couple of weeks ago,  my Mom was angry at the maasi, Parveen, for trying to sneak phenyl bottles away to her own house.

It started when Parveen came to ask my Mom for a new phenyl bottle and said that the previous one was empty. My Mom became suspicious and she checked out the place where the bottle in use was kept. And there it was, a brand new bottle filled to the top, in open view. Naturally, she became furious at Parveen for asking for a new bottle when there was already one present. A long phadda ensued during which my Mom verbally clobbered the maasi top, left, right and bottom and the maasi kept trying to fight back but to no avail. Verdict: Parveen was trying to sneak bottles away and was a bloody thief.

*****

Now, in light of the recent happenings in Karachi, and also having heard the tales of Pathans misbehaving with women and abducting whole buses full of them from Korangi in the wake of Benazir’s brilliant decision to wave at her supporters by appearing through the sunroof, her opinion about Pathans and Afghanis isn’t really a flattering one. Our house is located in a predominantly MQM area but an ANP (Pathan) stronghold is not far off.

She was talking to my phuppo on the phone today about the situation in Karachi.

During the conversation, she remarked: “If Pathans ever attack our home, I have two phenyl bottles ready. I’ll drink one and give the other one to my daughter to protect us from their misbehavior.”

You know me…

“What if Parveen has snuck those bottles away?”

the pathans will have problem recognizing the daughter, no? :P

ps: Its a serious thing if people are thinking on these lines.

  6. LOL man!

  7. I have a mustache and I’m tall enough to stand over the pathans!

And yeah, it’s quite serious here. Pathans have been messing up real bad and MQM is really pissed. Sorry for the lingo! :)

  8. Well, something along the lines of concern at the situation! :P

  9. Hmm…yeah, I should stack up some more bottles! ;)

  10. LOL!

    Pathans are not messing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its the MQM that is messing up! they are afraid that they will loose their strong hold in karachi so they are killing pathans by calling them talibans but the pathan have weapons to defends them this time and thank god they have otherwise MQM fucktards would have killed all of them and then there would have been no more quetta hotels, just imagine!
    MQM SUCKS!
MQM=The Real Terrorist, they use the name of muhajirs to justify their harampai
    aahh! relief!

  12. Abe gadhay, what about the fact that pathans are mutilating any man they see in a pant shirt or without a beard during these riots?

Dude, the Taliban concern in Karachi is not a false alarm. They are very much here!

  13. Saad Ibrahim said

Abey even if the pathans are wrong MQM have no right to do this they should leave it to the government and not take matter in their own hands and waisey bhi MQM is no angel i have heard this has something to do with Land Mafia
Don’t try to defend MQM in front of me :@ they are bhattaa khors! :@

  14. I’m not defending anyone. But if I have to make a choice, I’ll choose MQM over pathans anytime.

Plus ain’t MQM in the government?

  15. Saad Ibrahim said

Neither am I! i haven’t heard about pathans killing people in pant shirt so in my books they are innocent till yet but MQM ka toh pata hai sab ko
I meant police/military should handle it!

  16. Dude, akhbaron mein aaya hai ke naak aur kaan kaat diye pathanon ne, kahan so raha hai? :P

  17. Saad Ibrahim said

dude! I don’t read newpapers! :D well i think i support pathans because they are lesser of the two evils and who told you that MQM can’t make up all these news when they can fake doctor degrees, believe me they have too much influence on people because people are scared of them!
are you a MQM supporter or a karkoon?

  18. Supporter. And fake degree was held only by Aamir Liaquat who had been kicked out a couple of years ago.

And trust me, you know nothing about Pathans. Try dealing with one! ;)

  19. naak aur kaan kaat diye pathanon ne You’re not serious, are you? :o

  20. Kia sur aur taal milayaa hay sirrr .. lol

  21. just to set some things straight - this is not an ethnic war, its about control over karachi’s vast and lucrative mafias. especially the land mafia, most of which are currently controlled by the pathans. therefore pathans=bad.

BUT, the MQM, which is in the government, can take LEGISLATIVE action to stop these acts and deliver karachi from these dreaded mafias once and for all. INSTEAD, they have chosen on a street fighting strategy. reports of the talibanization of karachi are greatly exxagerated, mainly because super terrorists have been in karachi well before this current wave began. thus MQM=bad

at the end of the day, if we are choosing the lesser of two evils, we are destined to be screwed. and really, this was a really funny post, but people choose to always go on to something else instead.

  22. @siras: I’m quite serious! :D

    @Jawwad: Thanks dude! ;)

@KK: Absolutely agree with you man! :)

  23. And you say there’s no chaos, I would definitely call this chaos!

  24. This was bound to happen ever since the day the rickshaw-wale striked in Karachi by blocking all the routes to and from Saddar. December 27th heightened it, and ab ANP was getting too big for it’s own shoes.
Think about it, why does the ethnicity- problem start in Karachi and ONLY Karachi?
This is nobody’s city and everybody’s city. That’s the major screw up here. And though i HATE the way MQM is dealing with this, it’s the only way.
The Pathans are armed and have never not resorted to violence. Legislation wouldn’t have worked. It would still have ultimately led to this.

Oh by the way SAWJ, you’re the one who should be more scared of pathans ;)

  25. @siras: It’s not as bad as it looks! :P

@Hira: I can fight, or run, or kill if I have to, don’t worry! :D

  26. Saad Ibrahim said

Have any of you ever given bhatta/hafta to MQM bastards? have you ever been tortured for not giving it? have you seen people being killed for not giving hafta/bhatta? I am sure no!
@SAWJ you need to edit the “Who’s SAWJ?” part in sidebar :D

  27. No I haven’t. Instead I’ve seen most of them fighting to protect the civilians of Karachi from rioters and lawbreakers.

And why do I need to edit the part in the sidebar?

  28. but pathans are notorious for liking bois :p maybe YOU will be the one who’ll have to drink parveen’s left-over phenyl bottles.
    just… think about it. LOL

  29. The problem is, Parveen does not leave anything so there will be no left-over bottles dudette! :D

And I can defend myself, don’t worry. Welcome to my blog! :)

  30. Saad Ibrahim said

Wow! lets not talk about this then :)
because you don’t hate all politicians

  31. heewa said

    hahaha. parveen sounds very interesting.

  32. @Saad: Not all. Mustafa Kamal is also one! :)

@heewa: She can be a menace at times. :)

  33. Saad Ibrahim said

You like him or no? :S

  34. Mustafa Kamal? Absolutely! :D

  35. First off it was only phenyl bottle, not gold or money so the treatment ur maid get was very over rated.

Secondly, is there an authentic news reported in an authentic channel or news paper (and when I say authentic I dont mean METRO :P) where any rape, kidnap news was actually reported. We know since birth that who runs Karachi and this propaganda and violence can only be possible with their encouragement and sarparasti (dont confuse it with haq parasti :P )

  36. First off, you’re talking about my Mom here so kindly show some respect. And this is not the first of the maid’s misadventures, I’ve mentioned it because of it’s relevance to the post.

And you have absolutely no idea who runs Karachi!

Come to my area and I’ll show you places where there is absolutely no hold of MQM. And then there is Lyari!

MQM dominates majority of the areas but does not ‘hold’ or ‘run’ Karachi. Go to Sohrab Goth or Al-Asif and you’ll be crying “MQM, save me!”

Here is an article from a Punjab newspaper:
    http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2008\12\01\story_1-12-2008_pg12_1

Moreover, PARVEEN reports that her area near Ziauddin hospital has been overtaken by Pathans wielding guns. I don’t think they belong to MQM.

  37. if the talibans are coming to karachi, im going away from pakistan….i cannot, simply cannot, wear a shuttlecock burqa!

  38. parveen is right. i live nearby- and it IS run over. i’ve been hearing sirens all night.
i don’t care WHO runs this city, they better start getting their act together though.

  39. @KW: Then you’ll be totally Mullani Jackson! :P

@Hira: You live near Ziauddin, N. Nazimabad?

  40. does everyone live in north nazimabad!

  41. @ sawj
lol…the shuttlecock burqa would make me mullani jackson? god, mere concerts main kafi problem ho gi :P

  42. Saad Ibrahim said

lol @ shuttlecock burkha, is it really called that?

  43. i dont know its real name…but i wont wear it. mera mullani jackson ka image kharab ho jaye ga :P

  44. What I meant was “Upar se Mullani, andar se Jackson”. :D

  45. with all this negative publicity…im concerned about my next concert! ;)

  46. Maybe you should contact the prince of Bahrain! :P

  47. Saad Ibrahim said

I think it is called Topi Burkha becuase it is shaped like a hat

  48. Kyun, tum pehan chukay ho kya? :P

  49. Saad Ibrahim said

    LOL nahi! heard it somewhere!

  50. LOL! it IS called a shuttlecock burkha because of the netting in front of the eyes and the shape.
And ab tau I’ve heard Jackson bhi thore in baad Mullah ho jaye ga. Wonder how true that is.

Yup. All truly cool people live in N. Nazimabad.

  51. Which block?

  52. heewa said

ahahaha. everyone DOES apparently live in north nazimabad! and yaayy hira s., all truly cool people live in north ;) also some british tabloids have already proclaimed ‘wacko jacko’ as a muslim. :D

  53. F. why? You live in north nazimabad too?

  54. @Heewa: You a North Nazimabadi too?

  55. heewa said
