یہ تیغ چلی کس کے سر پر

یہ تیغ چلی  کس  کے سر  پر

زخمی ہوئے سجدے میں حیدر

کیوں ہلنے لگا  ہے عرشِ بریں


حسنین کے سر سے سایا  اٹھا

مغموم  ہوئی  کعبے  کی  فضا

مرقد  میں  نبی  کو  چین  نہیں


تر خون میں ہوئی حیدر کی جبیں

یوں  روتے   ہیں   جبرئیلِ  امین


یا علی  ،   یا علی  ،   یا علی
