RULES

  1. Please, if you have a heart problem…DON’T WATCH!!!
  2. Don’t watch it in front of young children or toddlers.
  3. Keep yourself at a full arm’s length from your monitor.
  4. Count the rods in the back of chair and post your answer when the video ends.
  5. Switch the video to full screen.
